I’ve been a lifelong seeker, passionate about helping people align with their soul’s purpose and live a truly holistic, joyful life. I believe that incorporating conscious, natural practices into your daily routine is essential for health, vitality, and lasting satisfaction.
For 23 years, I practiced Massage Therapy, working hands-on with thousands of clients. During that time, I discovered an innate ability to feel the energy flowing through the body. Combined with highly developed intuition, I could sense what was happening physically, emotionally, and energetically—and often helped clients resolve deeply elusive or long-standing issues that had baffled others.
Over the course of my career, I became highly perceptive of the real power natural healing arts hold. We all have subtle energy systems in our bodies, yet most of us are unaware of them. These systems are central to immune and nervous system health, as well as our capacity for spiritual awareness and personal growth. I teach my clients how to tune into the wisdom of their own bodies, so they can reclaim balance and vitality.
I’m a Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, certified in Functional Nutrition, Yoga, and Transformational Life Coaching, with a Bachelor’s in Business & Psychology. I’ve completed thousands of hours of continuing education in bodywork, energy healing, nutrition, wellness, and holistic health.
I’m a natural detective when it comes to health—using my deep understanding of body systems, energy, and intuition to uncover root causes and design strategies that restore balance. If you’re serious about reclaiming your health and done with vague answers from other professionals, I can help you get results.

My introduction into holistic healing began long before I became a practitioner—it started with my own body.
At 18, I was diagnosed with scoliosis. The doctors told me my back pain would only worsen over time and that there was nothing I could do to relieve it. That news hit hard, but my intuition whispered: keep looking.
Not long after, I came across a yoga book my mother had left on the living room table. I decided to try it. Slowly, over time, my back pain lessened. Yoga strengthened my body in ways I hadn’t imagined and, more importantly, I began tuning into my own inner wisdom. I realized that I had the ability to listen to my body and find methods to support it.
Years later, during my first pregnancy, the pain returned with intensity. By the time I delivered, I was limping from hip pain. I went back to an orthopedic doctor, hoping for a solution. When I asked about yoga, she literally laughed at me. That moment sparked something profound: I could no longer rely on dispassionate doctors who didn’t honor my body or my experience. I decided to fully trust my intuition and take my health into my own hands.
I began strengthening my body and returned to yoga, but I also explored other options. Through a chance encounter, I learned about chiropractic care. To my surprise, the curvature in my back wasn’t a fixed deformity—it was muscular. I realized then that there were two paths to health: the natural, holistic path and the conventional path of drugs and surgery.
That realization changed everything. I saw clearly that most traditional doctors had little knowledge of natural medicine—or even basic nutrition. I chose, from that moment on, to follow the natural healing path completely.
This journey of self-discovery sparked a lifelong mission: to listen deeply to the body, honor intuition, and guide others in reclaiming their health through natural, holistic methods.
How This Journey Informs My Work Today
Everything I offer is grounded in lived experience, not theory alone. I understand chronic pain, exhaustion, frustration with vague answers, and the emotional toll of not being heard. That’s why my work focuses on healing from the inside out—addressing the physical body, the nervous system, nutrition, movement, and the energy and emotional layers that influence long-term health.
My approach blends intuitive insight with practical, science-based tools. We look at what’s happening in your body right now, why it’s happening, and what needs support to restore balance. This often includes improving sleep, reducing pain, increasing energy, healing the gut, balancing hormones, restoring flexibility, and developing a deeper awareness of your body’s signals.
Rather than chasing symptoms, we work toward health mastery—so you understand your body, trust it, and know how to support it moving forward.
What Working Together Looks Like
Your first session is focused on understanding you as a whole person. Before we meet, you’ll complete a comprehensive health intake form that gives insight into your eating habits, sleep patterns, stress levels, work and family responsibilities, exercise history, and current health concerns.
During our session, we review this information together and connect the dots. I then guide you through a brief muscle-testing assessment to identify areas of weakness, tension, and imbalance. This helps reveal how your body is responding to stress, movement patterns, and lifestyle factors.
From there, we begin building a personalized plan that may include therapeutic movement, nutritional guidance, nervous system support, and energy or emotional healing—always tailored to your body and your capacity.

I’ve spent my life learning to listen to the body—and I’ve lived the journey myself. From struggling with scoliosis and chronic back pain to discovering the power of yoga, chiropractic care, and holistic healing, I realized there is a natural path to health that most doctors overlook. Today, I help others reclaim energy, balance, and resilience by combining intuition, body wisdom, and proven holistic methods.
