I love to provide value. This program is jam packed with important information for your journey back to health. But, it is easy to do. There are 12 modules with audio lessons and e-workbooks to round out your knowledge. We will have three live coaching calls via zoom so I can provide you with personalized guidance to get you out of the dumpster and back on your game. It is a step by step plan and I guarantee results if you do the action steps.

Functional Nutrition

Lab Tests

Functional Nutrition is a holistic approach to health and wellness, We utilize real lab testing for a more accurate understanding of what is really going on inside of your body.

Types of Tests

There are tests that tell us how your hormone and adrenal function is going. We can test for food sensitivities. Also digestive function, the presence of parasites and more.

How is the Testing Done?

You will receive at home kits with directions to follow and a return envelope for you to send it to the lab. Depending on the test I order, you could be putting a few dots of blood on a card or collecting spit, urine or the good ole poop test. Hey you do it for your pets! But that would be only be if we suspect parasites. And it might not be necessary, but we can talk about that.

Getting Your Results

After the lab has finished the assessments the results will be sent to both of us. If I wish to have further explanation I may consult with one of our FDN medical doctors and receive a report from them to clarify the findings if needed.

Cleansing

Cleansing is Extremely Important!

Our body's simply were not meant to hold the excessive volume of heavy metals, various airborne toxins and chemical additives found in our food and water. These things get stuck in the skin, organ and muscle tissues because there is more then the body can naturally filter out. As a holistic health and wellness coach, I follow protocols to deal with this problem.

Clean Up Your Environment!

Yes we need to clean up our outer environment so we do not have such a critical problem. But in the mean time we can clean up our inner environment.

How Do We Cleanse?

After examining the state of our overall health we can develop cleansing protocols specific to our needs. Along with lots of fresh water consumption, there are three major approaches. 1-Eliminating certain foods that are causing inflammation. 2-Using various juices and or herbal supplements to kill bacteria, eliminate parasites and help heal the gut. 3-Exercise movement and or massage to move the lymph system along.

Why is Cleansing So Important?

When our body's are so overloaded with toxins and opportunistic organisms our immune system is on constant alert. Our adrenals can become fatigued which causes our hormonal system to get out of whack. This causes sleep issues and lack of energy among other things. It has a cascading effect on all the body systems. As health function decreases, inflammation sets in. Inflammation is the beginning of all disease. If we address the inflammation, we can reverse the course of dis-ease.

What is a Cleansing Protocol?

A protocol is a carefully planed out schedule specific to you own body's needs. It is a daily routine of utilizing herbal supplements and or juice preparations along with a particular diet designed to help your body eliminate the toxins.

Holistic Approach to Health

It is an approach that uses plants and herbs to treat physical, mental, and emotional ailments. We look at the whole person before deciding what course of action to take. We understand the interrelationships between the various systems of the body and seek to re-balance them with natural means.

Natural Medicine

Natural simply means from the earth. Herbal medicine has been used for centuries as a form of natural healing. It is a holistic approach to health and wellness that uses plants and herbs to bring the physical, mental, and emotional systems back into balance. Medications that are made in a human made lab with synthetic ingredients are not natural. All pharmaceuticals are designed to mitigate symptoms rather then treat the cause of the disease. They override the natural healing mechanisms we have innately.

How to Use Natural Medicine

The most common way we can use natural medicine aside from the food we eat, is with the use of herbal supplements and lifestyle changes.

Why is Natural Medicine Not Widely Used?

Traditional, aka allopathic doctors are not permitted to prescribe natural medicine or they will risk loosing their medical license. The pharmaceutical industry runs our main medical systems. Natural remedies are not able to be patented. There for, they can not be controlled and can not be capitalized on. Natural methods of healing are also more effective for chronic conditions then taking pharmaceuticals are. If more people were to embrace the natural way, there would be less sick people and less need for medical intervention. Then the pharmaceutical industry would go out of business and they don't want that.
